Our story

Built to raise the standard

Devisian started in Baku in 2019 with a straightforward observation: most businesses in the region were getting digital work that was either late, generic, or both. We thought they deserved better — and we built a team around proving it.

We're a small team. That's by design. We don't take on more than we can do well. Every project gets our full attention, not a junior account manager and a rotating cast of contractors you've never met.

Today we work with startups, growing companies, and established businesses across Azerbaijan and internationally. Some clients come to us for a website. Some come for a full product build. Most end up staying for much longer.
